AJK sucks. Guides sucks.

this is the first time that i feel so bad being a guides.
i hate it when all of them are telling me
[i know you are new AJKs, i'm not to blame you]
but you did.
you never sounds like NOT TO BLAME ME
what can you do when you have a irresponsible ACL?
shall i just stand still and wait others to BLAME ME?
